Semones Family YMCA

Volunteers will be part of our Outreach program for socioeconomically challenged families, whether through our ROC (Revitalizing Our Community) Summer Camp or during the school year as a tutor. Our ROC camp runs for 10 weeks during the summer, flexible scheduling is available. Volunteers will help counselors by working alongside campers to show proper behavior and help in activities, along with help in hands on activities and education time periods. This is available at both our Johnson's Outpost and Sierra Vista Sites Our Afterschool program during the school year is located at the Sierra Vista location. Volunteers will help with one on one tutoring and reading, along with playing games and interacting with the children.
